It is the first time I prepare Easter and I am very happy with the result. I chose the easy method to prepare, ie without dough, so as not to fail at first. For the recipe I was inspired by you, dear chefs. I initially read one of the recipes that were in the contest, then I found a video recipe, then I took you in turn, I went to "search for recipes" and that caught my eye, I read a little more. I even called the phone and called Deyutzky to give me some details from her recipe. In the end I combined them and adapted according to the ingredients I had.
- 500 gr fresh cheese
- 400 gr sour cream
- 6 eggs
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 200 gr sugar
- 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 2 lemon free
- or free of rom
- 100 gr raisins
- 50 gr ground biscuits
- a pinch of salt
- a quarter teaspoon of baking powder
- powdered sugar for garnish

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Easter without dough:
For starters, let the raisins swell in a bowl with a little water and a rum essence.
In a large bowl put the eggs, add the sugar and mix well until the sugar melts. Add the chopped cheese with a fork, butter / margarine at room temperature and mix well. Gradually add flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. At the end we add sour cream, raisins drained well of water and lemon essence. Wallpaper a tray (I used a 28 cm round one) with baking paper over which we add a thin layer of crushed biscuits. Put the composition in the pan and put it in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, over medium heat. Easter is removed from the tray when it cools. Garnish with powdered sugar, as desired.
